You'll be stationed in Miami, working with our Senior Technicians to service clients' appliances. Technicians conduct repairs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a morning meeting at our Miami office at 8 AM to review the day's tasks.

Skills Required: - Familiarity with appliance, electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing repair (preferred) - Ability to learn on the job - Strong communication skills - Fluent in English - Personable and friendly demeanor - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

General Duties:

  • Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
  • Identify and diagnose issues with household appliances by utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
  • Repair and Maintenance:
  • Perform repairs on a variety of appliances, addressing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future issues.
  • Part Replacement:
  • Replace faulty or worn-out parts with new ones, ensuring compatibility and efficiency in appliance operation.
  • Testing and Calibration:
  • Conduct tests and calibrations to verify the proper functioning of repaired appliances and make necessary adjustments.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to gather information about appliance issues, explain repair processes, and provide cost estimates. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
